  3.   Shareware is a unique system of distribution that allows authors to place
  4.   their products in the hands of the end user before the end user pays for it.
  5.   This allows the user to determine if the software meets his or her needs.

  7.   The shareware distribution system allows thousands of authors to bring their
  8.   products to market inexpensively, saving the user from having to bear these
  9.   costs. Implied in this is the premise and promise that the end user will pay
  10.   the registration fee if they use the product.

  12.   The Copyright laws apply to shareware products. The author retains
  13.   ownership, even though the product may be copied.

  15.   You may copy programs from Battle Action Games, but if you use any of the
  16.   programs please register them with the author. These payments encourage and
  17.   sustain the continued availability of new and existing products.
